I serve as the Chief Operating Officer for Quext.
What is your background?
I have a computer science background (systems architecture and management) but have been focused on operations the last 20 years with direct experience in change management, business startup, and process/performance improvement.
Specialties: IT & Back Office Operations, Real Estate, Contact Centers / BPO, Healthcare, and service sectors.
What is your favorite thing about working for Quext?
I have a passion for technology and real estate so Quext allows me to experience both! The team I work with is amazing. They have a passion for what they do and don’t shy away from new opportunities or challenges.
What was the last thing you binged on Netflix?
The Man in the High Castle.
