Introduce yourself. What is your role at Quext?
My name is Oscar Mendoza Jr. and I am the Accountant of Quext Operations.
What is your background?
I have had a lot of jobs in my day. I worked for the prison for 13 and 1/2 years before leaving to go to school full-time and receiving a Bachelor’s in Accounting from Texas Tech in 2013. Since then I have worked as an accountant in the local tv, hospital, oil and gas, and now the technology segment. I also have received an MBA from Wayland Baptist University. I actually can’t believe I have been in the accounting segment for 8 years now.
What is your favorite thing about working for Quext?
When I was going to school, my dream job was to work for a starter company that I could see grow from infancy to a full blown mega company. Quext is that job and I have a front seat to see what this company can become.
